These Terms and Conditions govern appraisal services and related SMS communications provided by Gonzalez Appraisal Company.

1. Program Description

Gonzalez Appraisal Company provides residential real estate appraisal services in Texas.

SMS messages are used strictly for transactional, service-related communications associated with a specific appraisal request. Messages may include:

Appointment scheduling, Appointment confirmations, Inspection reminders, Access coordination (gate codes or lockbox information), Requests for additional property information, Appraisal status updates

We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

End users provide consent by supplying their phone number when requesting or scheduling an appraisal. Consent may be provided through:

Website contact forms

Email communication

Verbal consent during a phone call related to appraisal services

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to appraisal services. Messages may be sent using an automated system.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the needs of the appraisal assignment. Most customers receive between 1–5 messages per appraisal.

Messages are not sent on a recurring subscription basis.
